A qualified engineer from IIT Delhi and Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Rajat was director & COO of Navkar. He has rich experience of leading operations for core industry players from Paints, IT & Telecom sector. In keeping with his passion, he invested in his own development as a certified Executive Coach and NLP & Gestalt therapist. A true people person, Rajat has rendered operational leadership to set up pan India channels distributing paints to education products. He has led training operations for large business houses such as Reliance and Bharti. An early entrant to the Indian Vocational Skill Industry, he led national operations for Workskills India and also represented India as a delegate in the Indo German Skill Forum.


PRABHAT KUMAR SINHA

Prabhat K Sinha is a Founder Director of Astric Group. He is a graduate engineer (CS) in 1987. He has been one of the flag bearers of the group since inception with enterprising and natural ability to take risks and build upon dreams having a wide experience of almost two decades in IT industry and is one of a distinguished professional in the state known for his devotion and abilities as first generation entrepreneurs. Passion for societal impacting projects especially towards training and capacity building for the youth of Bihar. Akshay has rendered operational leadership to set up pan India franchise operations for deploying skill projects at Bharti group, Laurus as well as Navkar.


SANJEEV KUMAR

A qualified hotel management & commerce graduate with an MBA in Sales & Marketing, Sanjeev has an experience spanning 20 years ranging from hotel operations to training which includes content design, training delivery and managing training operations. Core expertise lies in SOPs, soft skills - content design, development & training execution. Also has an experience of launching/managing learning academies in hospitality, airport operations & healthcare.

He has well expertise in Business Development, Channel Partner Management, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation etc. His deep understanding of the states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Orissa, has led way for many successful projects being implemented in these locations. Performing critical roles at Bharti Learning System for role-based training deployment for Airtel and a hugely successful DTH launch project, Sales management at Singer and Anagram Securities Ltd, has provided him a unique integrated functional and skill development perspective.

He is a Rural Development professional having more than 15 years of experience in development sector. He is MBA and PGRDM from a premier institution and has extensive experience in Project management, Operations Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Quality Audit, Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Development, Social Research etc. He is very well familiar with niceties of social development. He has handled several projects in Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, MP, CG, UP and Assam during his association with previous employers like Bharti Group, Vmart Retail etc. and has proven ability to handle multi Projects successfully. He is responsible for Project Management and Operations along with Finance of the company.

Pooja is a young professional who has broad experience in social development field. She is an MBA in HR and passionately started her career as a grassroots volunteer in an International NGO. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of HR, Project Management, MIS and Documentations etc. She has successfully led several development projects aiming to women empowerment and livelihood. She has developed some effective monitoring tools to monitor development projects and measure the outcomes. She has good command over Monitoring & Evaluation, Livelihood & Skill Development, HR practices, Office Administration etc. She is looking after HR and Admin department of company.
